This is a poster for "Runaway" by Kanye West ft. Pusha T, the ninth track on Kanye's greatest album, "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy." It came to Kanye after a period of public self-sabotage, and addresses topics such as his relationships, arrogance, insecurity, and sorrow. On this track, we get one of the most vulnerable, authentic, self-aware, and revealing pieces of art from one of the most complicated individuals in the history of music. He is agreeing that he's wronged many people, he's made a fool of himself in the public eye, and he's messed up time and time again. He's accepting it and owning up to his faults, but simultaneously admitting that he knows he can’t change, he is regretfully prideful, and states that his love should just ”Runaway.” He also accepts all the labels the public gives him such as "douchebag," "asshole," and "scumbag," not only accepting them, but "having a toast," and wearing them like badges of honor. He may be completely alone in his experiences and struggles, but at least he is proud of himself and no longer afraid of the isolation.
